At the conclusion of Correa’s statement, prosecutor Eliani Orozco asked the court to order a custodial measure against Giammarco Yanni, considering that the crimes imputed to her qualified to be tried behind bars.

In addition, the Prosecutor argued that Giammarco Yanni has not complied with the presentations every 30 days to the court that granted him that precautionary measure.

After listening to the presentation, Judge Ghilda Molina accepted such approaches and ordered Giammarco Yanni to be deprived of liberty, who was detained in full hearing, according to judicial sources.
