Maduro: If the US does not deposit the $3.2 billion, we will not return to dialogue in Mexico

Nicolás Maduro warned that they will not return to dialogue in Mexico if the United States does not deposit the $3.2 billion for the social plan signed in November 2022. “Simple like that, once they deposit we go to Mexico, that is the requirement. If not, forget about that path, we are talking about justice »

Nicolás Maduro reported this Monday, April 24, during his second program “With Maduro +” that the most important element of the international summit that takes place in Colombia, to address the Venezuelan political situation, is to seek the lifting of all sanctions. and warned that they will not return to dialogue in Mexico, if the United States (USA) does not deposit the $3.2 billion for the social plan signed in November 2022.

In this sense, Maduro indicated that if the President of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, and the Colombian Foreign Minister, Álvaro Leyva, aspire to resume talks between the Unitary Platform and his government, they must in the official statement that they approve, “put the demand for the US government to deposit the sequestered money in bank accounts,” he said.

«Simple as that, once they deposit we go to Mexico, that is the requirement. If not, forget about that path, we are talking about justice. Because if an agreement is signed, it is to fulfill it, nobody forced Gerardo Blyde, or Tomás Guanipa, or Stalin Gonzalez, or Luis Aquiles Moreno.”

Maduro, made a call to Blyde and asked him not “not to fall for coba.” «You are my friend from the National Assembly, I have always gotten along very well, my panita Gerardo blyde, do not let yourself fall into coba there is no way, that we return to Mexico if they do not comply with the signing of the legalized agreement and deposit the money , for the agreed plan, “he said.

He stressed that he does not intend to deceive anyone by offering candy, but they cannot pretend to deceive him either.

Regarding the sanctions, Maduro expressed that they must be withdrawn without conditions. “We do not accept less than that conference in Bogotá, so that Venezuela has commercial freedom, the financial freedom of its normal activity. To be able to recover what needs to be recovered, ”he said.

He expressed that the Unitary Platform is the “pro gringo” sector. “They don’t go to the bathroom without asking the gringos for permission and if they don’t get permission they do it in their pants, that’s how they are. It is very unfortunate, because they are politicians and they were born in Venezuela, but they do not do nationalist politics, “he said.

He attacked the United States ambassador to Venezuela James Story, accusing him of financing Juan Gauidó’s trip to Colombia, circumventing the ban on leaving the country imposed by his government.

“Dire character named James Story, who has done so much damage to the relationship between the United States and Venezuela and has done so much damage to Venezuela and the opposition as well,” he said during the program.

He concluded by indicating that the Venezuelan opposition does what the US asks of them, “if they say no, then they say no and if they say yes, they say yes. “They do not go to the bathroom if they do not ask James Story for permission and pretend to be the government, they say they win the elections in Venezuela, because they say they have the leadership. We are not going to hand over the country to turn it into a colony.
