It should be noted that the FANB maintains permanent patrols in the natural areas protected by the State, to preserve the ecosystems of the entire national territory from illegal actions of irregular groups that act in violation of the rules.
In this sense, the Chief of Ceofanb stressed that this action by military personnel is part of Operation Roraima 2023.
Hernández Lárez ratified in recent statements that the FANB troops are committed to the defense and sovereignty of the natural environments of the national territory, for which they will maintain their deployment in the Guayana Integral Defense Strategic Region.
