For the third time: President of Mexico tests positive for covid-19

The news was also confirmed from the official Mexican government account on Twitter, where he stated that his state of health “is not serious.” This would be the third time that the president of Mexico has been infected with covid-19


Through his social networks, the president of Mexico, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, announced that he tested positive for Covid-19 disease. This would be the third time that the National Executive confirms having been infected with the virus that caused a global pandemic since the end of 2019.

From his Twitter account, the president stated that, so far, his heart is working 100%, however, after testing positive for Covid-19, he was forced to suspend his tour of Yucatan, so he will stay in the City from Mexico and will rest for a few days.

Likewise, he announced that due to his state of health, it will be the Secretary of the Interior, Adán Augusto López Hernández, who will lead the morning conferences and pointed out that the 16th birthday of his son Jesús Ernesto will celebrate “from afar.”

Through a statement, the account of the presidency of the government of Mexico confirmed the state of health of the head of state.
