This Thursday the National Assembly (AN) will debate, in ordinary session, the draft Congratulatory Agreement for the V ALBA Games and Greetings to the sports delegations of the 11 countries that will participate in the sports festival.
The information was disseminated by the national Parliament in its proposal for order of the daypublished on the social network Twitter @Asamblea_Ven, where it was indicated that the session will take place in the Protocol Chamber of the Federal Legislative Palacein Caracas, starting at 11:30 in the morning.
In the same way, the second discussion of the Domain Forfeiture Organic Law Project; draft Organic Law seeks to “strengthen the state capabilities to efficiently combat these criminal practices.”
Recently, the deputy God given hair indicated that the extinction of domain, is a legal formula that allows “transfer to the state, the ownership of assets related to activities considered a crime in the legislation against corruption, organized crime and financing of terrorism.”
