The man had already been imprisoned for several years in Tramacúa, in a maximum security area, after the authorities discovered in 2008 that he was responsible for the child’s crime. A case that shocked the country.

However, the researchers began to draw attention to some gestures that the subject had. He was the baby’s father, but he was suspicious.
In addition, his accomplices, a couple who took the baby from his home in Cundinamarca, betrayed him.
