The representative to the Chamber for the Democratic Center, Hernán Cadavid, informed through his social networks that he criminally denounced France Marquez for having received the Solidarity Income subsidy when she had already been elected as vice president.
(Delicuentes would be using the name of Francia Márquez to defraud).
The criminal complaint was filed under number 20236170009985.
“From saying to doing: I have criminally denounced Vice President Francia Márquez for improperly receiving the Solidarity Income subsidy. The money of the poorest in the hands of those who did NOT need it. It’s a crime”, wrote Cadavid, who attached the image of the complaint.
From said to fact: I have criminally denounced the V / pte @FranceMarquezM for improperly receiving the ‘Ingreso Solidario’ subsidy

The complainant claims that there is proof and evidence that would corroborate that the vice president of Colombia received the subsidy until July 7, 2022, one month before inauguration, but several weeks after being elected.
(The woman who insulted Francia Márquez pleads guilty.)
It adds that in the complaint I also attach evidence that the Department of Social Prosperity gave Márquez money orders 28 and 29 corresponding to this aid program.
