“The governments of Venezuela and Bolivia will sign this Thursday, in Caracas, more than 10 cooperation agreements in strategic areas to strengthen relations of bilateral brotherhood”, announced the Venezuelan Vice Foreign Minister for Latin America, Rander Peña, during the installation of the III Mixed Commission between both countries.
