Through a preventive tour, Police Units find the apprehension of a 58-year-old citizen, who allegedly was inside his vehicle carrying out lewd acts with a 14-year-old minor in the district of La Chorrera.
The minor who was kept in the school uniform was transferred to the police substation by uniforms of the Police Service for Children and Adolescents.
Major Melissa Pinzón said that the citizen was placed under the orders of the competent authorities for the corresponding procedures.
