Elon Musk’s SpaceX company’s Starship rocket, which was expecting a 90-minute debut flight into space, took off this Thursday but barely managed to stay in the air for 4 minutes, after which it exploded.
Despite this, Musk congratulated the company’s workers and revealed that they will carry out another test in the coming months.
The space rocket was launched from the Boca Chica platform in the United States, where hundreds of people had gathered to watch the ascent.
The SpaceX company cataloged this test as successful, because it moved far enough from the platform without causing damage.
