The commander of the Operational Strategic Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (Ceofanb), Domingo Hernández Lárez, specified that the drug was hidden in three wooden boxes and that the shipment had the Netherlands as its final destination.
“Fanb seizes 5,400 kilos of cocaine impregnated in three wooden boxes, during a parcel inspection at the Maiquetía Simón Bolívar international airport that was destined for the Netherlands. The procedure was placed at the order of the Public Ministry, ”Hernández Lárez wrote on his twitter account.
The Bolivarian National Armed Forces continue to be deployed throughout the country, guaranteeing the sovereignty and integrity of the homelandfighting crime and expelling the Tancol groups that intend to use Venezuelan territory for their illegal activities.
