The offices of the governor of La Paz, Santos Quispe, were unsealed this Tuesday. Uniforms from the Special Force to Fight Crime (Felcc) entered the place, who collected more than 70 cans of beer and bottles of liquor, reported lawyer Ricardo Maldonado, sponsor of the Somos Pueblo assembly members.
“Approximately 72 beer cans have been found, in addition to wine bottles, singani bottles, whiskey bottles and an environment that shows that there was obviously consumption of alcoholic beverages. Drinks have been thrown on the floor, on the furniture, there are credentials, cell phones that have been collected, women’s clothing that has been collected on the spot, ”said the jurist.
In the images that circulate on social networks, three uniformed men are observed, one of them takes out a large number of beer cans that were stuck in the cabinet of the office sink; then the staff left the building, each one with a black bag, where they put all the drink containers found in the Governor’s Office, reported Red Uno.

The assemblyman of Somos Pueblo, Israel Alanoca, who also participated in the inspection of the place, questioned the evidence found in the Governor’s offices, who denied that he was drunk.
“The office was unsealed and what we have found are tremendous things; The good thing is that the opposing party’s lawyers have been there, as well as the prosecutor and our lawyers; more beer cans have been seen, more bottles of wine and other alcoholic beverages have been collected,” Alanoca said.
The previous week, Governor Quispe was surprised in the early hours of the morning in an apparent state of intoxication inside his office, where several beer cans and other people accompanying the authority were found.
Due to this fact, the First Anticorruption and Violence Court of La Paz determined house arrest with the right to work, root and set a bail of 70,000 bolivianos against the Governor.
