Domain extinction law: “The National Assembly is the one that has the last word in the discussion of bill 625”

In an interview with Radio Panama, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Security, Jonathan Riggs, pointed out the work carried out in the technical table on the Asset Forfeiture Law and to evaluate and if it is necessary to make modifications.

“What we have stated since day one, it is the decision of the National Assembly to include, we in project 625 contemplate all criminal types, all crimes, including public administration and we have argued that it is necessary for the National Assembly to evaluate and consider, they are the ones who have the last word on bill 625,” Riggs explained.
