Through your account Twitter the Venezuelan foreign minister Felix Plasencia responded to the meeting between the government of Ivan Duke and diplomatic representatives of Russia to clarify the supply of weapons from that country to Venezuela.
In his messages, the foreign minister responded to a journalistic note in which the Colombian government warns Russia that in Venezuelan territory there is a presence of dissidents and armed groups of Colombia.
