A Cicpc bus that was transporting homeless people from the Misión Negra Hipólita suffered an accident in Cota Mil near La Florida.
Given the contingency, these 10 people living on the streets who had been pre-trial detained and who were being transferred to the headquarters of Negra Hipólita, fled which created confusion and the Cicpc fired shots into the air.
According to police sources, there is allegedly an injury and traffic remains congested in the Petare-El Marqués direction.
