The head of the Pedagogical Technical Support Directorate of MEC1, Rafael Muriel, confirmed the complaint filed with that ministry, about an alleged case of child abuse at a school in San Ignacio, Misiones department.
He himself said that the complaint mentions that the parents of the child under 4 years of age express that they felt pain in their genitals. After formulating the complaint, the authorities were mobilized to clarify the situation.
After that, he added, they took him to a medical center, where they examined him, and they found that he had a wound, but that it had a non-traumatic characteristic, that is, it was a cut in the foreskin made apparently without trauma.
“At the Regional Hospital of San Ignacio the review was decided, with the presence of the prosecution. There was a cut, about five centimeters, in the skin of the foreskin. The child, according to the account of the process, did not manifest pain or restlessness (at school), and we believe that he would not have endured pain or restlessness if it had been at school ”Muriel responded in conversation with the station 730 AM.
According to the medical report that works in the prosecutor’s office, the circumcision performed on the 4-year-old creature presents the edge of having been done expertly, since it has no signs of trauma. In other words, it would have been done by a professional.
Now in the Public Ministry they will summon all those who could be within the circuit of connections, relatives and schoolchildren, who can provide information that reveals the truth.
