According to Housing Minister, Catalina Velasco, “during 2023 the transition stage of the program will be brought forward, in order to allocate subsidies to families that already have approved credit, they have done their business real estate and meet the requirements.

Those people who are part of the sisbén IV. and is in the subgroups A1 and D20may be part of the people benefiting from said subsidy to acquire their own home.
Therefore, those people who are in the classification group may receive more than 50 SMLV in these two.
