Bayern Munich suspends Sadio Mané for altercation with his teammate Sané

Bayern Munich announced through a statement the one-game suspension of Sadio Mané for the altercation he had with his teammate Leroy Sané in the dressing rooms after the game they fell 3-0 against Manchester City in the first leg of the quarterfinals of the European Champions League.

According to the information during the match both players argued on the field and when they were in the dressing rooms, Mané punched Sané causing a wound on his lip, this incident was immediately investigated by the team.

In practice today, Thursday, both players talked and apologized for this situation. Bayern Munich also announced a fine for the player Mané, the amount of which was not specified.

Bayern Munich faces Hoffenheim at home next Saturday, April 15 at the Allianz Arena.
