Three subjects killed during clashes with the military

Two alleged spies captured in Lara

Three members of criminal groups were killed during military confrontations that occurred in the last few hours, according to military sources. Two of those killed were members of the criminal group founded by Deiber González (Carlos Capa).

The subjects confronted officials attached to Detachment 442 of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) in the Quebrada de Miguel sector, Tomás Lander municipality (Ocumare del Tuy), Miranda state.

Two subjects nicknamed El Beiker and Secundino were killed on the site. Carlos Capa’s associates possessed a 5.56 mm caliber assault rifle, a 30-3 rifle, and 19 cartridges.
In the Cruce El Chivo sector, Bolivarian municipality of Angostura (Ciudad Piar), Bolívar state, there was a confrontation with members of the El Ciego criminal group, one of whom was killed and identified as Robert Williams Rondón Guillen (El Gordo). Renzo Adán Rodríguez was also injured.

At the scene of the events, the military collected a 9 mm pistol, Glock, with a shot selector; five 9mm caliber cartridges without firing; fifteen cartridges for 7.62 x 51 mm caliber rifles, a radio transmitter, three batteries for the radio transmitter, a telephone set and an Empire motorcycle, model Horse, black, without license plate, according to the military report.
