The Public Ministry of the Federal District and Territories (MPDFT) reiterated today (10) a request for the conviction of three accused of participating in the attempted explosion of a bomb near Brasília International Airport on Christmas Eve 2022.
The manifestation was presented in final allegations attached to the process. From now on, it will be up to the judge of the case to pronounce the sentence, which has no date to be published.
In the piece, the prosecution defends the conviction of businessman George Washington de Oliveira Sousa, journalist Wellington Macedo de Souza and Alan Diego dos Santos Rodrigues for the crimes of illegal possession of weapons and ammunition.
In addition, they are accused of putting the life, physical integrity and property of other people at risk by means of an explosion.
