Police units through the National Anti-Drug Directorate (DNAD), seized 35 packages with presumed illicit substances, in a search procedure carried out jointly with the Public Ministry in the La Cecilia sector, Belisario Frías district, San Miguelito district.
Deputy Commissioner Eduardo Arosemena, Chief of the San Miguelito Police Zone, indicated that in this case there is a 30-year-old person apprehended, who together with the evidence will be placed under the orders of the corresponding authorities.
The packages are located in a residence, and additional, B/.2,830.00, in cash, plus a 9mm caliber ammunition, a digital scale, a cell phone and packing material.
Operational actions in the district are strengthened to guarantee peaceful coexistence.
