– Carry out electoral propaganda after the term established for this purpose has ended (Art. 324 sub. A of the Electoral Code)

– Meet less than 200 meters from the polling places (Art. 324 inc. d of the Electoral Code)

– Falsification of data (Art. 276 of the Penal Code)
