Karina Correa, daughter of Gilberto Correa, is promoted to testify as a witness in the trial initiated against Mariana Tania Giammarco Yanni, accused of attempted intentional homicide to the detriment of the Saturday Sensational host, said a judicial source.
The first session of the trial against Giammarco Yanni began this Friday at the 18th Trial Court of Caracas where the representation of the Public Ministry ratified the accusation against the woman by arguing that she had allegedly increased the medical dose applied to Gilberto to which he was also kept isolated , according to research.
The daughter of Gilberto Correa, who lives in Orlando, United States, is on the list of witnesses promoted by Giammarco Yanni’s defense attorney. Her statement will be in favor of the accused woman, as outlined by the defense at the time of promoting her as a witness.
Giammarco is exposed to a sentence of 6 to 12 years in prison, the source explained.
