The Montevideo Police Headquarters asked the population for collaboration to identify two men –who appear in a video posted on Twitter– involved in a homicide on January 29 in the neighborhood 40 weeks.
That Sunday, around 7:00 p.m., a 52-year-old man was shot on Alberto Zubiría and Gral Haig streets.
“The Montevideo Police Headquarters requests the collaboration of the population to identify the people who appear in the images, both linked to an event that occurred on January 29 in the 40 week neighborhood,” read on the Twitter account of the Ministry of the Interior.

On Sunday, January 29 at 7:00 p.m., witnesses from the neighborhood 40 weeks indicated that “several shots” were heard in the place of the events.
The main hypothesis that the authorities handled was that two people shot the man and fledaccording to what sources from the Headquarters said at that time.
