Marcelo Acuña, former manager of Vertical Skies, revealed that Astesiano, the former head of security for President Luis Lacalle Pou, participated in the confirmation of his company to obtain contracts with the State.
Acuña confessed to prosecutor Gabriela Fossati that Alejandro Astesiano provided them with a notary so that a man named Nelson could invest in Lunacar SA and thus be able to win public tenders.
According to Acuña, Astesiano also collaborated in the logistical coordination of joint events and in presenting the company to the president, Crónicas del Este indicated.
