The Artigas Police investigate a femicide and subsequent suicide attempt occurred in Camino la Estiba after noon this Saturday, reported Artigas Noticias and confirmed The Observer. The alleged attacker is police officer.
When the police arrived, the woman was already shot dead and the alleged perpetrator had vital signs, for which he was urgently transferred to the local hospital where he continues to be treated.
The case is in charge of the Artigas Prosecutor of 2either Shift, headed by prosecutor Sabrina Massaferro.
