The Vice Prime Minister of Cuba Jorge Luis Perdomo met this Friday with the president of the National Development and Reform Commission of China (NCDR), Zheng Shanjie.
Through Twitter, Perdomo reported that both parties discussed issues on the economic agenda, and agreed to strengthen ties in telecommunications, digital television and biotechnology, according to report of the Cuban News Agency (ACN).
