Domain Forfeiture Law does not see the light, they create a Technical Table to adapt some points

The Commission of Government, Justice and Constitutional Affairs, of the National Assembly, resumed today the discussion of the project of Law Number 625 of Extinction of Domain of illicit assets, however the subcommittee that analyzed this project delivered a report that asks to adapt some points before continuing with your discussion.

In addition, the creation of the Technical Board of the Government Commission was adopted to analyze the points indicated in the report, in response to this the Minister of Public Security, Juan Manuel Pino, assured that they will continue to ask for its approval because the confiscation of these illicit assets will help the fight of organized crime.

The president of the Government Commission, Leandro Avila, said that in response to some concerns of jurists they will be analyzing this bill on Forfeiture of Assets at the Technical Table, which will meet on April 3, 4, 5, 11 and 12 and then put the document to a vote.
