Falabella announces the closure of a store in Estación Central as part of its "optimization plan"

The Chilean retail giant, Falabella Retailhas announced the decision to close its store located in Mallplaza Alameda, at Estación Central, starting next April 20. According to the firm, this decision is part of its “space optimization plan” and its continuous evaluation of each of its stores to respond to customer needs and contribute to the company’s profitability.

The company has also announced that the closing process contemplates an “employee assistance plan” that includes the relocation of employees to other Falabella business units and a job reinsertion support program for those who leave the company.
