Celia Moreno: ‘We do not see any serious concern from the Government in the sense of prevention against human trafficking’

He recommended that the population be informed about what pedophilia and pedophilia are, since he considers that what it is is not clear in the conscience of the people.

The psychologist, doctor in Political Science and defender of human rights, Celia Moreno, addressed this Monday the issue of human trafficking, mainly in minors.

Moreno asserted that “we do not see any serious concern or actions taken by the Government in the sense of prevention against human trafficking.”

He added that the regulations for the new law on the protection system for children and adolescents should be established, because we know that if there is no regulation of the law, well, it will not be effective.

He explained that there are many elements that come into play in this. “Staying in the emotion we are not going to solve the problem. We solve the problem when we really have an efficient and effective action”, he said.

He recommended that the population be informed about what pedophilia and pedophilia are, since he considers that what it is is not clear in the conscience of the people.
