The preparation of the XXVIII Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government comes to an end, and the former foreign minister during the second administration of Sebastián Piñera and current Ibero-American Secretary General, Andrés Allamand, is getting ready to lead the event one year after assuming The charge. This is the first Ibero-American Summit that he will exercise in this role, since the last meeting took place in April 2021 in Andorra.
