Petrobras released the names of the new directors elected by the company’s Board of Directors, with a two-year term until April 13, 2025.
They are Sergio Caetano Leite (financial and Investor Relations executive director); Joelson Falcão Mendes (Exploration and Production); Carlos José do Nascimento Travassos (Production Development); Claudio Romeo Schlosser (Sales and Logistics); William França da Silva (Refining and Natural Gas); Clarice Coppetti (Institutional Relationship and Sustainability) and Carlos Augusto Burgos Barreto (Digital Transformation and Innovation).
The Board of Directors also reappointed the company’s president, Jean Paul Prates, for a new two-year term, until April 2025.
The nominations were submitted to internal corporate governance procedures, including the respective analyzes of conformity and integrity necessary for the company’s succession process, which included the appreciation of the Personnel Committee and, subsequently, the deliberation of the Board of Directors.
