Ministry of Security explains new law against crime

Deputy Commissioner Héctor Wong, in charge of the Executive Secretariat of Criminological Policy of the Ministry of Security, explained the new law 328 that establishes the state criminological policy.

“This law aims to organize a public management of the state and bet on prevention rather than repression, it seeks to reduce and control crime rates both qualitatively and quantitatively,” said Wong.
