Users will be able to train through the Virtual Consumer School

The Authority for the Protection of Consumers and Defense of Competition (Acodeco) has available from today through its website, the Virtual School of the Consumer, a learning and reference space for consumers, economic agents and the general public.

Users who wish to participate in the training and consultation tools aimed at developing skills, attitudes and habits regarding consumption and other topics of interest, can connect from any device with internet access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a day, at the time that suits you best. It is free for both consumers and economic agents through the page https://acodeco.gob.pa/educacion/

Among the topics of the initial courses of this educational project of Acodeco, are the rights and duties of consumers; the guarantee of goods and services; veracity of advertising; online purchases; responsible, healthy consumption; and guide for economic agents.

Each participant can access the content, unlimitedly and completely virtually, it is free for consumers and economic agents.

This tool will help to develop skills, attitudes and habits in terms of consumption and other issues, in a quick, accessible and simple way. It also seeks to awaken education on consumer protection issues from an early age, especially in the student community, in order to make the best consumer decisions.
