The Social Security Fund (CSS) confirmed through a statement the disappearance of the drug Fentanyl from one of its executing units and that it immediately communicated to the Public Ministry that it is carrying out pertinent proceedings.
“At this time, the Social Security Fund will comply with the procedural precepts that apply in these cases until the investigations are completed,” the statement explained.
According to the note, the Social Security Fund continues to cooperate with everything that the investigative authorities demand in order to clarify this situation.
According to information from people close to the investigation, the amount of this medicine that disappeared from the institution is in the order of 10,000 doses.
