The former Bolivian president and president of Palmaflor, Evo Morales, expressed his satisfaction with the victory of his team against Blooming (3-2), on Monday night, in Villa Tunari. Despite the victory Morales said that the representative of the tropics won with a “suspicious arbitration.”
Evo Morales tweet
“Very satisfied because our team Palmaflor gave us a victory against Blooming, despite suspicious refereeing. We are sorry and we ask that you review the actions of referees who exaggeratedly prolong matches, we would not like to think that they were trying to make our team lose,” Morales posted on his social networks.
Morales’s team scored the winning goal (Jonathan Cañete) in the 128th minute, but after 3-2, the game lasted until minute 132, becoming the longest match in the history of Bolivian soccer. The central judge of this match was Julio Gutierrez.
The prolonged extension (42 minutes), caused the annoyance of the Blooming leadership and the widespread comment on social networks due to the unusual determination of the referee from La Paz.
This Tuesday, the National Commission of Referees of the Bolivian Football Federation, took actions and yesindefinitely suspended the entire arbitration shortlist.
