“Whoever is arrested and charged a few hours ago for the crime of frustrated homicide, the detention control has been postponed precisely because the quality of the crime has changed and we therefore hope that the judicial process can determine the maximum sanction established by law , which in this case is a major prison in its maximum degree and are sentences that can reach 15 years and one day,” he closed.
