The Drug Enforcement Division Bolivarian National Police (PNB) detained in Apure two subjects allegedly members of a network specialized in distributing shipments of narcotic substances from Colombia, according to sources from the security agency.
The arrest of the two subjects occurred on the main avenue of Puerto Páez, Paez municipality (Guasdualito), Apure state. The men traveled on a motorbike carrying a sack that, when inspected, contained the 10 panels of cocaine with an approximate weight of ten kilos 172 grams.
