The Fifth Collegiate Court of Santo Domingo Este and Norte sentenced 20 years in prison to Willi Celestino, aka Nose, accused by him Public ministry of causing the death of a man after hitting him on the head with a bottle and inflicting 12 stab wounds on different parts of the body, in an event that occurred in February 2022 in an alcoholic beverage business in the El Dique sector of the Ozama expansion, of the Santo Domingo East municipality.
The court, chaired by Judge Julio Aybar Ortiz and made up of Judges Laisa M. Matos and Nelfi Ortega, decided that the person sentenced for the death of Edyson Pink Vicious fulfill the sentence at the Correction and Rehabilitation Center Najayo Menin San Cristobal.
The file instrumented by the investigative prosecutor Soraine de Vargas reports that on December 24, 2021 when the events began. He points out that when Celestino arrived at the place he met the doorman, whom he asked about some people and he replied that they were not there, so he proceeded to leave.
He points out that later, he returned and violently entered the place and that when Rosado Vicioso became aware of his presence, he asked him to leave, for which he hit him on the head with a bottle that he had in hand. the hand and the victim fell to the floor, being in these circumstances that the today convicted He took out a white weapon that he was carrying, a dagger type, and inflicted twelve stab wounds on it. that caused his death at a time when he was taken to a health center.
