A 45-year-old man was allegedly murdered by his brother during an argument, which occurred on March 9 in Guarenas (Miranda), according to police sources.
The fatal victim is identified as Mario José Martínez Pérez, 48 years old, who received a stone to the head from his brother Domingo Jesús Martínez Pérez (45), who has already been arrested.
Apparently, the brothers were sharing in the family home located in the Gueime neighborhood, Guarenas. But in the middle of sharing a discussion arose between the Martínez Pérez that reached its peak when Domingo Jesús threw a stone at Mario José who fell down. He died on the site.
Domingo Jesús fled from the house but a few hours later he was captured by police officers and handed over to the Public Ministry.
