“Everything Everywhere All at Once”, by directors Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, fulfilled the forecasts and won this Sunday the Oscar for best film at the 95th edition of the Hollywood Academy Awards, against the other favorite, “The Fabelmans”
“There is no other movie with a better cast than this. The Oscar is for all of us,” said the film’s producer, Jonathan Wang, when collecting the award.

Subsequently, Daniel Kwan took the floor and thanked the Hollywood industry for giving him “inspiration” throughout his life and serving as “a refuge from the chaos of the world.”

If before awards season started, Steven Spielberg’s semi-autobiographical film “The Fabelmans” was the big favorite, as the weeks went by “Everything Everywhere All at Once” became the top contender.
The film directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert received eleven Oscar nominations and had already triumphed at the Hollywood Producers Guild Awards (PGA Awards), at the Directors Guild Awards (DGA), at the Screen Actors Guild of America (SAG), at the Critics Choice and at the Spirit.
