For the sixth consecutive year, Computrabajo conducted a study on the best companies to work for in the country.
The areas that the employment portal took into account to organize companies were leadership, career opportunities, salary and benefits, and work environment. These were valued by the users of the platform.

The criteria of this list took into account 1.3 million reviews that were considered to analyze the following factors:
– Business evaluations carried out between November 15, 2021 and November 15, 2022.
– Evaluations carried out by people who still work in the companies studied or who worked until a little less than two years ago.
In this study, more than 32,000 companies were evaluated nationwide and with more than 50 evaluations received that met the criteria valued by users.
