Sandra Cuevas calls on the alliance to stop being “lukewarm” towards 2024

Sandra Cuevas calls on the alliance to stop being "lukewarm" towards 2024

Taking the floor in the framework of the first report by PRD deputy Luis Cházaro, Cuevas urged the national presidents of the three parties that make up the “Va por México” alliance to put aside “the fear of the attacks.”

“Not even the devil wants the lukewarm, this country is inviting us to put lukewarmness aside. We need to know now -the people-, to know where all our efforts with PAN, PRI and PRD are going to go, we have the support of the people, ”he said.

Sandra Cuevas asked to lose the fear of political persecution at the federal level and in Mexico City and face the Morena party or else, “there will be consequences in 2024.”

“If we do nothing, what will happen in 2024 is that in addition to losing Mexico City and the country, we will not endure another 3 or 6 years with this political persecution because either we will be on the run, or we will to be in jail, or we are going to be watching over someone from our family,” he said.

He asked to welcome not only the leaders of the three parties, but also other social actors, activists, youth and anyone who wants to join in the upcoming elections.
