As Diorezky Alejandra Toro Useche, 19 years old, the woman arrested for allegedly engaging in the recruitment of minors to “be subjected to sexual exploitation and human trafficking” was identified.
This was reported through an account instagram the director of Scientific, Criminal and Forensic Investigation Corps (Cicpc)Douglas Rico, who explained that after intelligence work, the officials managed to capture him on Urdaneta avenue, Altagracia parish, Libertador municipality, Caracas.
Rico explained that in the procedure two 15-year-old adolescents were rescued who had held, minutes before, an “intimate encounter” with a man wanted by the authorities.
