An ally of the Tren del Llano was killed during an armed confrontation that occurred in the Las Brisas sector, José Tadeo Monagas municipality (Altagracia de Orituco), Guárico, according to military sources.
At the aforementioned site, soldiers attached to the National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command (Conas) confronted individuals from the criminal group “Oscar de Jesús del Llano”, a cell of the Tren del Llano.
In the midst of the shooting, one of the criminals was killed and identified as Jean Piero Nare, alias El Piero.
At the end of the fight, the military collected a 7.65 mm Walther caliber pistol, a charger and two radio transmitters at the site.
This subject was verified in the Integrated Police Information System (Siipol) and turned out to be requested by the municipal Delegation of the Cicpc of Altagracia de Orituco, due to his incursion into the crimes of illicit possession of firearms and drug trafficking. In addition, it is listed as a supplier of weapons to the Tren del Llano, according to investigations.
Also in Carabobo there was an armed confrontation between the military and criminals with the result of one death. This event occurred in the vicinity of the PB4 pipeline of the pipeline network belonging to PDVSA for the transportation of fuel, located in the San José sector, Juan José Mora municipality, Carabobo state.
At that site were members of the criminal group Wilmer El Bachiller, dedicated to extortion, murder and fuel theft. One of them was killed in the fray and whose identity is under verification.
During the confrontation, the subject used a Jennings pistol, 380 caliber, which is requested by the Cicpc-El Llanito, file K-16-2251-06845 dated 10/20/2016, for the crime of generic theft.
The Public Ministry was notified of the proceedings.
