Kennedy Vargas highlights the works of Luis Abinader in the Enriquillo region

BARAHONA.- “The tourist development of Pedernales, the construction of the Azua and Bani bypasses, plus the delivery of the Monte Grande Dam, will make the southern region the most developed area in the Dominican Republic, thanks to President Luís Abinader».

This was stated by Vice Minister of Sports Kennedy Vargas, who today is one of the main figures of political life in the Independencia Province.

“We who were born and live in the Enriquillo region, have to thank President Abinader, who visits us every month and leaves us works and announces others, he pointed out.

He said that the takeoff of tourism in Pedernales, will convert the provinces of Barahona, Independencia and Bahoruco, will set a new course in the region.

Regarding the Azua bypass, he said that all those who travel through the South region save half an hour on the journey.

“We hope that the Bani bypass will give us, which will save us about 40 minutes for the journey to Barahona, Bahoroco and Independencia,” he explained.

Regarding the Monte Grande Dam, he explained that it will be the great work that those who live and have plots of land in the Neyba Valley have always expected.
