primax announced the implementation of two training centers to train its staff in charge of fuel dispatch and its convenience stores (LiSTO!).
The centers are located in the districts of Magdalena and Chorrillos, and have areas of 116 and 200 square meters, respectively.
“In it retail industry and in services, staff training is key because it allows us to guarantee a positive brand experience and quality service,” said Yuri Proaño, Primax country manager.
According to the multilatina brand, the objective is that the administrative staff can be trained in different stages of care, from the dispatch of liquid fuels, LPG, GNV, management of control equipment (telemetry, safety valves, fuel discharge and others) even in service in convenience stores.
“In a critical sector like ours, it is essential to prevent accidents. The management of human talent is one of the key pillars of the experience of our brand”, added Proaño.
The implementation of both centers, at the same time, was a pioneering measure adopted by Primax in the Peruvian market, and follows the path of the multi-Latin brand in Ecuador, where it also has training centers, always aiming to transform the way of doing retail.
