“He tells me that he wanted to be with me, because he liked me. That he wanted me to be his girlfriend, but I stress to him that he is a married person and he tells me: ‘No, I’m not married, but no one has to find out, because I’m not going to subtract you from your life, I’m the superintendent from Sunafil, I’m going to add you”recounted the complainant.

Maritza recounted various moments of harassment and threats. When she decided to formally denounce Loyola, she was subjected to qualifications, invitations to blame and was removed from her position in January. With accounts payable, in February she returns to the office of Vice Minister Jaime Ríos to request her return.

At that meeting he signed a document -addressed to the new minister Alfonso Adrianzén- where he dismissed the complaint against Loyola. He got his job back, but only for ten days because Vice Minister Jaime Ríos was removed from office. He was not paid for the days worked and he found out on television that his case against the superintendent came to nothing.

“I understand that the people who denounced have retracted,” Minister Adrianzén said in a conference.
