The plane that crashed this Saturday on a private property by Brecha Siete, in the Villa Flor area, about 20 kilometers from the capital of Santa Cruz, is “trout”, undocumented, according to the first investigations carried out by the Special Force to Fight Against Drug trafficking (Felcn).

He fell ashore on the property, but the pilot managed to get out safely, without injuries, and escaped, nothing is known of his whereabouts. The aircraft was left with material damage to the front, but the Felcn agents, after going to the place, verified that it only had the pilot’s seat, the others had been removed.

Initially, the license plate PS-T10, of Brazilian nationality, was displayed. However, Felcn detected that that license plate was only placed with a sticker, to circumvent controls.

Actually, it had the registration CP-2523which does not correspond to the aircraft either, since, according to Felcn, in its first inquiries it detected that the aircraft has no registered registration or records, so it is totally ‘shot’ and undocumented.

The anti-narcotics agents carried out tasks, such as sealing the ship in place, and a mobilization to find the pilot, who had the necessary time to escape. According to neighbors who witnessed the accidentthe pilot was alone and was seen leaving the ship and hiding in the brush.

The device remains on the property and it is expected that the Bolivian Air Force (FAB) will come to proceed with the transfer. The Felcn admitted that it is not up to them to define the transfer of the ship, and that this is an attribution of the FAB. So far, no representative of the General Directorate of Civil Aeronautics (DGAC) has come to the area.

After the accident, Deputy Jairo Guiteras stated that That plane has a close relationship with drug trafficking, because it only had the pilot’s seat and the license plate was covered with adhesive. He considered that if the seats were removed it was not to transport cheese, but cocaine.

assured that the ship already had a complaint for registration cloning since 2012, when he had a mishap in Beni.

“On that occasion, the DGAC was made known, but so far nothing has been done. I denounced that this plane, with registration CP-2523, was “trout” and was being used by drug traffickers. Later, the same registration fell in Paraguay loaded with drugs”, said the parliamentarian.

Guiteras considered that it is necessary to put an end to the mafia of cloned and stolen license plates. “I will make a bill, to restructure the DGAC, a new registry of Bolivian ships, to find out which ones are outside the law.”

In the first days of February, on a clandestine runway by San Ignacio de Velasco, a Beechcraft aircraft was found abandoned, with the Brazilian registration PT-LQA. After investigations, the Felcn found the ship and two clandestine clues, but in coves (kind of tunnels) they found more than 500 kilos of high-purity cocaine, ready for export.

The crew members of an international drug trafficking network escaped and so far have not been captured.
