Luis Abinader visits Roberto Fulcar

The president of the Republic, Luis Abinadervisited this Sunday the former Minister of Education Roberto Fulcarwho is recovering from a surgical process that was carried out in Boston, United States, and returned to the Dominican Republic a few days ago.

The head of state shared a photo in Twitter in which he is with the first lady Raquel Arbaje, Fulcar and his wife, Rosa Ana Soto de Fulcar.

Immediately, Fulcar thanked the head of state for the visit to his residence.

Fulcar spent several months in Bostonwhere severe ulcerative colitis was treated, a disease that causes intestinal inflammation and sores in the digestive tract.

Abinader removed Fulcar from his position in August 2022 and in his place he appointed the current minister Ángel Hernández, through the decree 414-22.
